VillasDeRosa is located 65 miles south of the Cancun airport on the private bay of Aventuras Akumal. VillasDeRosa offers 1,2 & 3 bedoom beach front condos with hotel rooms facing the swimming pool, satellite TV, Cd players, purified water and daily maid services are all included. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, ceiling fans and AC. Each condo enjoys a privare balcony, spacious living area with dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. Local or international meals can be catered to your dinning room or enjoyed at our roof top bar or pool side cafe. Our beach bar is conveniently open all day. The swimming pool has both a shollow and a deep end for all guests to enjoy. Aquatech, our on site PADI dive center, is available for reef diving, cenote diving and dive training. Aquatech is a pioneer in cave, cavern and cenote diving since 1984. Snorkeling is excellent just steps from your condo and deep sea fishing, sea kayaks and snorkeling gear are all available. VillasDeRosa provides private airport transfers and a great service so you can enjoy your very own Caribbean Holiday..

Located on the private bay of Aventuras Akumal, the furthest bay south of the Akumal bays. We have a small resort of 29 bedrooms in all, made up of one, two, three bedroom condos and hotel rooms facing the swimming pool. Our condos have private balconies, living room, dining room with fully equiped kitchens and air condition in each bedroom. We provide daily maid service and have a great restaurant and roof top bar. AQUATECH, our scuba diving center, provides both reef dives and cenote dives plus a full range of instruction. Deep sea fishing is also available on site.
